Recipes...Chocolate Whoopie Pies cake
ingredients
1 2/three cup all reason flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp salt
five Tbsp butter � room temp
three Tbsp vegetable shortening
1 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup entire milk
instructions
Preheat oven to 375�
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl sift collectively flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt
In a mixer, cream collectively butter, shortening and brown sugar until blended nicely.
upload egg and vanilla and beat for 2 mins.
flip mixer to low and add half of the flour/cocoa combination, then half the milk, repeating until all the components are jumbled together.
Drop through rounded tablespoon, 2 inches aside onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 8-10 mins until centers are set.
Cool on pan for 5 minutes and then switch to wire rack to complete cooling.
Fill with your prepared filling.
