Pourable Chocolate Ganache is the best chocolate accent to make any cake appearance dramatic!

1 cup semi-candy chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons mild corn syrup
instructions
In a microwave secure bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30 2d increments, stirring till easy till chocolate is melted blended.
Stir in corn syrup and permit to chill until slightly thickened.
Pour over pinnacle of the cake and unfold to the edges to allow the ganache to drip down the cake.
