components

1 avocado
half sparkling lemon
1 can chickpeas drained (19 oz)
1/4 cup sliced pink onion
2 cups grape tomatoes sliced
2 cups diced cucumber
half of cup sparkling parsley
three/4 cup diced inexperienced bell pepper
DRESSING
1/four cup olive oil
2 tablespoons purple wine vinegar
half of teaspoon cumin
salt & pepper

cut avocado into cubes and place in bowl. Squeeze the juice from half of lemon over the avocado and lightly stir to combine.
