Recipes...EASY KALE SALAD WITH FRESH LEMON DRESSING yummy
ingredients

5 cups chopped kale
1-2 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups chopped broccoli
half of cup sliced almonds
half of cup cheese non-obligatory (cheddar or feta paintings terrific here!)
1/4-half cup shredded carrots
1/four cup diced crimson onion
1/four cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup cranberries
LEMON DRESSING
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp sparkling lemon juice
2 tbsp pink wine vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 clove garlic minced
half tsp dried oregano
1/four tsp salt
1/eight tsp floor black pepper
1 tsp honey or sugar modify + upload to taste
instructions
First make your dressing via combining components above in a lidded mason jar then shake properly to emulsify. Dip a kale leaf within the dressing and regulate sweetener, salt, and pepper to taste. you can make this dressing as candy or tart as your heart goals!
subsequent rubdown your chopped kale with a bit olive oil and a pinch of salt. Rub together with your palms till leaves start to darken and tenderize. This makes it flavor super and offers the kale a silky texture!
In a massive bowl, integrate massaged kale, broccoli, almonds, cheese, carrots, onion, sunflower seeds, cranberries. Shake your dressing once more and pour approximately 1/3 of the dressing over the salad. Toss to coat and upload extra dressing, to taste.
